Key Responsibilities

Purpose of the Role

  1. To ensure a clean, neat, and conducive working environment for staff and guests of The Bible Society, in line with required standards and work schedules.
  2. To contribute to organizational goals by maintaining a professional office environment and supporting administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Facility Support

  • Ensure thorough cleaning of office rooms, desks, shelves, chairs, windows, and other office equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and welcoming office environment at all times.
  • Adhere to established cleaning schedules and standards.

Administrative Support

  • Properly record and track incoming and outgoing mail within assigned offices.
  • Support confidential secretaries in mail documentation and filing processes.

Organizational Support

  • Assist in distributing Holy Scriptures as required by the organization.
  • Support fundraising activities for the organization when necessary.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervising officer.
Personnel Specification

PERSONNEL SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum of Senior School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Previous experience in office cleaning or administrative support is an advantage.
