Purpose of the Role
To ensure that all guest house facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are properly maintained, safe, and fully functional at all times by promptly identifying, repairing, and preventing faults in rooms, public areas, and service facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance & Operations
- Ensure prompt servicing and adequate maintenance of all guest house facilities.
- Maintain functional building systems, including electrical, electronic, plumbing, and related installations.
- Implement effective preventive maintenance practices to avoid system breakdowns.
Utilities & Power Management
- Ensure adequate lighting systems across the facility.
- Maintain a constant water and power supply.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of heavy-duty generators (350 KVA).
- Ensure a regular supply of quality diesel with accurate records of supply and usage.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Identify faults early and carry out timely repairs.
- Monitor facility infrastructure to prevent operational disruptions.
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety and operational standards.
